HDM Performance Parts

The HDM Heat Shield Cloth is composed of a 24oz fiberglass cloth rated to 1000F with an aluminized heat shield rated to 1200F on one side. This material is 40" wide and can be supplied in lengths as long as 50yrds (special order).

The heat shield material can easily be cut to your desired shape and sewn to your race suit. It can also be riveted or bonded to your race car body or chassis as desired. As you can see below the heat shield is not limited to the racing industry RC cars, planes, and helicopters can also reap the benefits of the HDM heat shield.

Heat shield is not recognized for use in private or commercial aircraft of any kind.

The heat shield material is sold by either the square foot (12" x 12") or by the yard (40" x 36").
